A LDPE (Low Density Polyethylene) film screen block tape with a moderately aggressive acrylic adhesive; clean removal tape that combines a durable and conformable film backing. Will not leave a residue on most surfaces. High stretch to maintain adhesion during frame re-tension; moisture and solvent resistant. Used as a border and block-out tape for screen printing applications. Border tape – it works by forming a well preventing ink from penetrating beyond the image area. Block-out tape – can be adhered directly to the mesh allowing multi-colored printing and to cover pinholes. Excellent for textile printers using plastisol inks.
